Deposit / Payment / Bank Card Post-debiting / Paylink GTC.
1. In addition to the rental fee, the tenant must provide a security deposit at the beginning of the rental period as a guarantee of the fulfillment of his obligations. The amount of the deposit to be paid in each case can be found in the contract.
2. If the tenant uses a credit card as a means of payment, the amount of the deposit is taken based on the prior approval/authorization of his bank. The amount of the advance payment is therefore reserved on the credit card at the time of the contract and is only debited when it is used. Cash payment is not possible.
3. LIBERATION is entitled to use this deposit to cover its outstanding and due claims from the rental agreement after its due date. This applies in particular to claims for compensation against the lessee that fall under the lessee’s responsibility.
4. If the lessee has duly returned the rented vehicle and fulfilled all payment obligations arising from the rental agreement (this includes responsibility for any additional costs and fees in addition to the rental, as well as the responsibility for compensation claims falling within the lessee’s territory). The deposit will be released to the tenant’s credit card issuer after the final settlement of the rental agreement. Pickuprent is not responsible for the duration of data processing by the bank or credit card institution responsible for the lessee’s account.
5. Post-debiting of bank card: The tenant acknowledges and accepts that POSSIBLE extra costs incurred during the rental (cleaning, refuelling, speeding, injuries, deductible, tire damage, parking fines, etc.) must be paid AFTERWARDS, even if the deposit has already been released .
In all cases, the tenant prepares a detailed account and invoice of the incurred costs, which he sends to the tenant by email.
Payment can be made by debiting the tenant’s bank card after the rental. The tenant agrees that the bank card data will be used by the landlord for subsequent payments.
6. Extra costs can be paid later using “PAYLINK”, where the Rental Company sends the exact amount to be paid via a single-use payment link. The tenant identifies himself and pays the amount via the payment link
Annex 2:
Other general terms and conditions (GTC) and information for our rental cars from
01.01.2021 until revoked:
Dear Tenants,
Thank you for your kind interest. Allow me to briefly summarize the general terms and
conditions of the rental (GTC) as well as the rental process and what they need to pay
attention to if they want to rent an SUV.
Renting and using an off-road vehicle is completely different from using a car used on the
road, as the way it is used is completely different. There are plenty of possible errors, a
higher chance of injuries and multiple use that characterizes the life of our cars used in the
field, which also requires increased attention from our Tenants in order to be able to work
with our cars without any problems.
We want to make the rental process easier and easier to understand, and what to look for,
so we've put the information into points from bidding to renting to handing over the car.
Off-road vehicles and work cars are in most cases hired by companies for their employees,
so most of the time the rental company manager or clerk does not even meet the car or us,
only if some grain of dust slips into the machinery. For example, the car breaks down, an
accident occurs, the employee hits a game, or at the end of the rental, this settlement
arrives for the car stolen by the employees. In order for the tenant to get a proper picture of
everything, we have made the rental process transparent and simple, documenting
everything during the rental. Employees change frequently over several months or even
years of hiring, and sometimes no one remembers what and how it happened a year ago. He
also drove the car in the course of a road traffic offense and to whom the penalty check will
be deducted from his salary.
4×4 Rent / Pickuprent helps you with your work, we provide our tenants with the most
suitable car. Dear Tenants, we ask you to review what is described here so that you get a
completely clear picture of what you need to pay attention to during the rental, so that both
parties are satisfied with the rental.
THE MOST IMPORTANT CONCEPT FOR WHICH THE RENTER IS ENTITLED BY RENTING A
RENTED CAR: THE RENTER CAN USE THE RENTED OFF-ROAD DRIVER IN AROUND CROSS-
BORDER AREAS. HOWEVER, NORMAL USE SHOULD NOT BE MISSED BY DEPRECIATION OF
DAMAGE TO YOUR CAR. The load RESULTING FROM INCREASED INCREASED DUTY (FIELD OF
USE, USING 4X4, mud, water, sand, dust, shock, overload …) multiples INCREASES THE
VEHICLE DAMAGE TO CHANCE EVEN IF A RENTAL CAR IN PERFECT CONDITION HAS BEEN
PROVIDED. LESSOR CONSIDERS THE CONDITION AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY AND ASSESSES
THE INJURIES IN THE CAR TO THE CONDITION AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. ANY DAMAGES
ARISING OUT OF ANY INTENDED USE DUE NOT INTENTIONALLY BUT DUE TO NEGLIGENCE OR
THAT DUE TO OBSERVATION OR UNDERSTANDING.
NORMAL USE: This includes normal use of the Pickup, regular inspection for
dehumidification, and performance of operator duties. 1 permanent driver, use of the car on
normal roads and occasionally in the field. 80% road is asphalt or inferior road, 20% gravel
dirt road, mild and normal terrain. Towing is not part of normal use!
DIFFICULT USE,: It is not considered normal use to operate the vehicle in difficult terrain,
mud, fields, tracks, stony rocky pit areas, sand, water, mines, construction sites and other
hard-to-reach areas. These are the areas that are also enhanced for a pickupand drastic
wear and tear of the components results in their destruction and breakage. If the vehicle is
used for more than 20% off-road use, work (eg surveying, inspecting areas, patrolling an
area, transporting material or passengers on the ground, transporting fuel, towing, towing
another stuck vehicle, etc.) includes work with shift drivers. work failures and failures due to
failure to clean Pickup. Every Pickup rented for off-road use for more than 1 month is a
difficult use. Technical failures under difficult conditions of use are the responsibility of the
Lessee.

Ford Ranger, Mazda BT 50, until 2010
– By default, PICKUP drives the rear wheel
– Shifting to 2H-4H (small shift lever) can only be done in the stationary position, a green
four-wheel icon and Yellow RFW LOCK will appear on the instrument panel, so the shift will
engage the front wheels in the drive. When driving between 0-25 km / h, it is possible to
change from 4H to 2H in the field and back as long as the RFW LOCK lamp is lit on the
instrument panel. If you no longer want to use the car in 4×4, move the transmission from
4H to 2H and press the RFW LOCK button on the left side of the steering column. So the car
drives the rear wheels again. Again, you can only shift into 4×4 if the wheels of the car are
stationary.

change from 4H to 2H and back in the field. If you no longer want to use the car in a 4×4,
move the transmission from 4H to 2H so the car drives the rear wheels again. Again, you can
only shift into 4×4 if the car is moving slower than 80 km / h.
